In the National Degree Project Pool (Nationella Exjobb-poolen) you will find project proposals, within both the private and public sectors, which increases the chances to find a project which suits you and your education. Make a search or make your own search profile and get inspired by a wide range of project proposals all over the country!
Hopefully, you will find a suitable degree project which will give you a unique opportunity to tie useful connections on the labour market.

You have to develop the project proposal to a suitable degree project together with the employer/company and your tutor/supervisor has to approve the project as having the correct academic level. This demand must be fulfilled, otherwise your student insurance is not valid. Read more about student insurances on the Kammarkollegiet website.
Some universities may have special guidelines or rules for how the degree project should be performed. Contact your local department to find out more.
Be sure that you are informed about the company before you contact it in order to facilitate the shaping of the project proposal. It is the employer who owns the question, identifies the problem and knows what they want to achieve from the degree project.
Always notify the contact person at the company as soon as possible if you change your mind about doing the project. This is very important for the future contacts between the university and the company.
The degree proposals may be active up to 12 months or until the expiration date given by the employer.

Salary
It is not allowed to give information about salaries in the National Degree Project Pool.
However, it is common that the company/organisation pays for travel expenses etc and if you come to an agreement with your contact person concerning salary, it is a matter between you and the employer.

Degree projects abroad
The student insurance is valid for all students admitted to university studies. Kammarkollegiet offers you an insurance while studying abroad.

Reports
These are kept public in the corresponding library and/or university department. If the company wants to keep some of the information confidential in a report, it is possible either to write two reports or to put the information in an appendix.
The National Degree Project Pool does not have access to reports.
